Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered.

If you're not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with tags, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Please note: returns are shipped back to our vendor, not to us directly.

To start a return, contact us at ioannamanno@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your item.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at ioannamanno@gmail.com. We'll do our best to cancel before it ships, but cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been processed.

Please note: perishable goods, custom or personalized items, personal care products, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. EU customers have the right to cancel or return orders within 14 days of delivery, under the same conditions above.
